Yes, absolutely. We always recommend a physical pre-production prototype sample. Our master pattern cutters and sample team will craft your garment or merchandise using the exact specified fabric, trims, and wash treatments. Sample lead times are typically 10 to 14 business days, delivered globally via DHL Express (3-5 days delivery). Sample fees are credited towards your bulk production invoice upon order placement.

We accept Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS), Vector .PDF, and high-resolution Photoshop (.PSD, minimum 300 DPI). Please convert all fonts to outlines and specify Pantone Matching System (PMS Solid Coated) color numbers for accurate thread and enamel matching.

Standard international manufacturing terms:

• Pre-Production Samples: 100% upfront sample and courier fee.
• Bulk Production: 50% deposit upon signed Tech Pack & Purchase Order (commencing yarn knitting, weaving, and mold cutting), with remaining 50% balance payable upon final QC video/photo approval prior to export dispatch.
• Payment methods supported: International Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Commercial Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C for large volume runs), and major escrow options.

We execute legally binding Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) before reviewing confidential artwork or CAD files. We maintain separate client mold libraries, and proprietary embroidery digitizing files are archived in secure encrypted repositories. We never sell overrun garments or show client logos publicly without written consent.

We support Ex-Works (EXW Sialkot), Free On Board (FOB Karachi Port), Cost & Freight (CFR / CIF destination port), and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP by air/ocean courier directly to your commercial warehouse with all customs duties cleared).
