1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern all quotation sheets, proforma invoices, pre-production sample orders, and commercial bulk production runs executed between Reiga Industry (the "Manufacturer", Sialkot, Pakistan) and the commercial purchasing entity (the "Buyer").
2. Quotation Validity & Order Confirmation
All factory quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, subject to raw cotton yarn market index and currency stability. Production commences strictly upon receipt of the agreed deposit and written signoff of the digital/physical tech pack proof.
3. Pre-Production Sample Approval
To eliminate discrepancies, bulk fabric knitting, dyeing, and laser cutting are only authorized after the Buyer has formally approved the Pre-Production Sample (PPS). Approvals may be executed via high-resolution photo/video measurement sheets or physical courier delivery.
4. Tooling, Molds & Proprietary Artwork
Steel stamping dies, CNC molds for custom shank buttons, injection molds for PVC badges, and embroidery digitizing punch cards created on behalf of the Buyer remain the sole intellectual property of the Buyer. Reiga Industry will maintain and store molds free of charge for future repeat production runs.
5. Manufacturing Tolerances
Textile and apparel manufacturing is subject to internationally recognized tolerances:
- Dimensional / Sizing: +/- 0.5 inches (1.2 cm) across key points of measure (chest, waist, inseam).
- Quantity Overage/Underage: Bulk production is subject to a standard industry tolerance of +/- 3% due to cutting room and wash yields. Final invoicing reflects actual verified carton counts.
- Color Fastness: Commercial wash fastness rating of Grade 4.0 minimum on AATCC scales.
6. Quality Inspection & Claims
Every shipment is audited to Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) 2.5 standards before export palletization. The Buyer has fourteen (14) days from customs release at destination port to lodge formal defect reports. Any verifiable manufacturing defect will be remade or credited in full.
