Sustainable Denim Wash House & Artisanal Distressing
Denim character is born in the wash house. Reiga Industry operates closed-loop industrial washing extractors, ozone decolorization drums, and high-precision laser marking machines capable of mapping authentic whiskering, honeycombs, and stack fading.
Multi-Head Computerized Embroidery & Woven Looms
Our embroidery department features computerized Tajima multi-head machines equipped with automatic color changes, laser beam positioning, and specialized sequins/chenille attachments. We digitize artwork into precise stitch files that prevent fabric puckering.
- High-Density Madeira Threads: Over 400 fade-resistant colors in rayon, polyester, and metallic lurex.
- Automated Merrowing: High-speed 3-thread overlock border wrapping around circular, shield, or die-cut patches.
- Ultrasonic Edge Sealing: Laser cutters cut complex vector shapes while heat-sealing edge fibers against unraveling.
Die-Struck Brass & Zinc Enamel Metallurgy
Metal pins and badges demand extreme precision. We cut tungsten steel master dies on CNC engraving mills. Molten zinc or red copper is struck under 100-ton hydraulic presses, followed by electroplating and manual enamel paste filling.
- True Hard Enamel (Cloisonné): Baked at 800°C and hand-stoned flat with carbon carborundum wheels.
- Electroplating Metallurgy: Genuine 18k Gold, Sterling Silver, Antique Bronze, Gunmetal, and Anodized Rainbow.
